I admit this place has excellent food. No complaints there. The complaints are from the people answering the phones that lack customer service skills and professionalism. If you should receive your order wrong they are more than rude. Never before have I seen a business tell the customer, well it must have been your fault. Nor have I heard them tell the customer to take their business elsewhere. Jordan, you really need to learn some people skills, keep in mind these customers that appear to bother you so much, pay your salary, without them you would be unemployed and the restaurant would be another casuality of todays hard times.

Cons: Only if you can stomach the extremely rude service
