I have never in my life have I had o deal with such rude office personnel. I was denied health care without them taking my name and was told I would have to wait for my doctor over the weekend. I spent the weekend very ill because I had to wait for my doctor on the following Monday. I am very satisfied with the healthcare my physician and nurses provide, but the office staff needs to be revamped. I cant imagine that a doctor was even consulted when I phoned. I was treated like a child asking for a favor and turned down.
Pros: Good health care
Cons: substandard office help with no compassion whatsoever
