I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with walking pneumonia. I had been into the office for a follow up because I had not gotten better with the medications. The night of my follow-up, my fever spiked rather high, and I had to wait over the weekend to be able to contact a physician. I have had this high fever for almost 4 days, and I attempted to contact them this morning. The receptionist who took my message was very short with me, very ""huffy"", and told me, ""you know its gonna get worse before you feel better, right"". I don't think that was very professional. I am still waiting to recieve a call, and am afraid that my message will not be given to my doctor. the office closes shortly. If my temperature doesn't subside, my boyfriend has been threatening to take me to the ER. If this is the case, and I have to pay a large hospital bill, there will be issues. I agree with the other reviewer about the office staff. They are rude, cold, and unaccommodating. The few times I have called my doctor the messages have gone unanswered. I have also seen two of the MDs in the practice and not only were they curt and disinterested, they did not give me a thorough exam or guidance. Another would not stop talking and would constantly interrupt me; I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I plan to find another general MD who I feel confident with and with an accommodating, friendly office staff. Please don't put your health at risk by going to this group - look elsewhere! more

I have never in my life have I had o deal with such rude office personnel. I was denied health care without them taking my name and was told I would have to wait for my doctor over the weekend. I spent the weekend very ill because I had to wait for my doctor on the following Monday. I am very satisfied with the healthcare my physician and nurses provide, but the office staff needs to be revamped. I cant imagine that a doctor was even consulted when I phoned. I was treated like a child asking for a favor and turned down. Pros: Good health care Cons: substandard office help with no compassion whatsoever more
