I took my car there for a new battery. I was told I needed a new battery. They called a couple of hours later and said I needed a new starter for $600.00-700.00. The car isn't that old. They said it wouldn't start, etc. I took it to a Chevrolet Dealership, they said a cable was loose, I didn't need a new starter or a new battery for that matter. As an update, the manager called me and they refunded me the money for the battery and apologized. They went above and beyond to make the customer happy. more
