I called this company to set up water. I was told to pay a 500 dollar hook up fee by Bill Kelly which I did; however, I know other people in the nieghborhood who only paid a 250 dollar fee. I gave them all my information and wrote them a check for the full amount. I never recieved a reciept or a notice on top of that I did not recieve a bill. Two months later a man in a unmarked vehicle and unmarked clothing, shows up at my door and tells my wife, who had given birth 5 days prior, that he was there to cut off our water unless we paid an 85 dollar account hook up fee. The man had no paperwork and couldnt explain what it was for. I called Bill Kelly and he told me everyone had to pay that. I know that isnt true but I paid it. I didnt appreciate someone showing up with no paperwork or crudentials and telling me he is going to cut off my water when I havent been notified at all. I dont have a problem paying my bills but I would like a little profesionalism.
Pros: No other choice except to put down your own well.
Cons: Terrible customer relations
