I have never had a problem with them and used them for 3 years. They always arrive on time and I only need two rooms cleaned, the bathroom and the kitchen. The women have always been Polish or Eastern European. The last time I used them about 3 months ago, the cleaning wasn't as sparkling as before, but I'm happy to have someone tackle what I don't want to do. It's possible that management or ownership has changed. I have an apptment on 11/29 and will report back if I see a change. in 2008 the rate was $20/hr.
Pros: Cleaners always arrive on time, they do a really good job
Cons: the last visit about 3 mos ago the cleaner didn't clean as well as the previous ones
