I picked my dog up last week after one of his stays at Rob Cary, and he was happy and in great condition, as usual. When I sincerely thanked them for taking such good care of him AGAIN (which is reassuring since I travel), they let me know about this site, and invited me to express my gratitude. Now I know why---happy customers don't always take the time to write positive reviews. When I read through the other reviews on this site, I was pretty surprised at some of the 'dramatic' negative stories! It's terrible to think any pets were harmed there; if true, I hope it was a fluke. Yes, the front desk is typically very busy, but every time I patiently wait for my turn, the ladies are friendly, caring, and thorough. Checking in or out is never a rush-job, and I see that as a careful business practice, which I really appreciate. I plan to leave my dog there over the Christmas holiday, and I am as certain as ever that he will be well cared for AGAIN. Pros: Near airport, caring staff Cons: Checking in/out can take awhile more
