This was my first time using Carpet Dryclean. The technician, Terry, was timely, friendly, and efficient. He made recommendations to keep my carpet in top shape (i.e. to put a plastic liner under my computer chair so i don't wear down one section of the carpet). I've already recommended Carpet Dryclean to a few friends and will continue to do so.
