I've been to VC in the Willowbrook Mall about 5 times to get highlights and lowlights as well as a cut and style. I have always left completely satisfied by the results, but the $130 price tag accompanied by having 3 people that you are supposed to tip is a rather high in my opinion. Also, when you get done, in order to leave a tip, you write the amount on your credit card slip, they give you that in cash, and then you have to go back and find each person to hand them the tip in person which I find highly annoying especially since they often seem to have gone on break or something about that time. Finally, most of the time I have spent a great deal of time waiting between each service (between 10 and 50 minutes each), the colorist, then the shampooer, and finally the person who does the cut. If you are prepared to wait and don't mind the cost and inconvenient tipping method, then I would recommend them, but personally, I'm looking for another place.
