Has anyone noticed that the negative comments all have common recurring themes? They are written in the same style and actually use some of the exact verbiage repeatedly! They are obviously written by the same person, or the competition, or both! I have been going to Expo Salon for over a year now. I get my hair and nails done there routinely and love the service. I go every week for a manicure with Lilly. Not only does she do a great job, she is friendly, conversational and has never been late for our appointment - not once! Once a month I also get a spa pedicure done by Lilly. Once again, she is fantastic. My nails look great and the pedicure lasts an entire month! I've been to a lot of places that the color doesn't even stay on beyond a few days. I'm picky and it took me a long time to find this level of excellent service. Vo does my hair once a month. I alternate between color touch-ups and full color with highlights. She actually does a base color, a lowlight and a highlight for me and it's the best job I've ever had done. My hair is naturally curly and thick. That is a blessing, I know, but it has taken me a lifetime to find someone that can cut it and style it to its best potential. I've never received so many compliments! Yes, it's a small place but it's a loving, quaint place and it's always very clean. There may be 2 people getting their hair done and a few more getting their nails done but any odor that comes from that is not nearly as bad as over half the salons I've been in over the years. It's a full service salon - what do you expect?!? I also appreciate the tranquil music, the two flat screen TVs that are kept on mute but scripted - very relaxing. With all of that and the pampering, I practically go to sleep in the massage chairs! LOL. So, Vo/Lilly/Mickey/Karen, ignore the fake negative comments and keep on giving your excellent customer service with your warm, friendly style. You guys are the best. Thank you, Debra Parsons.
