I went in to Expo for a trim. I never expected to come out with a whole new look! Not one that I had in mind either. My hair stylist was a little rough to begin with. I did not realize how much hair she was cutting off until she turned me around and I looked in the mirror. What started as a minor trim ended up as the ""bob"" style hair cut that she told me was ""coming back in style!"" I do not appreciate anyone deciding what hair style I should have, regardless of what is ""coming back."" Thanks for a terrible job Expo, Debbie Parsons
Cons: They think they know what is ""coming back in style."" Products are EVERYWHERE.
