seriously! no one knows my hair like Jeffrey. in seattle, i get haircuts. but at milio's, Jeffrey cuts MY hair! there is a big difference. I never leave the salon looking overdone. i'm a mom with a serious office job but i also have a very funky personality. Jeffrey work lets me balance all those worlds. i wear my hair and not the other way around.
Pros: talented, constantly trained team, price
Cons: unisex bathrooms - sorry, i'm just not there yet.
