I am a longtime las vegas local who likes to keep up on anything new (Esp yummy food) that opens around town,.. I was curious about Sushi Samba because I had heard of the one in new york. I didnt know what to expect and ended up having a great meal. We took some suggestions from our waitress because we were unfamiliar with a lot of things, and what we got was all wonderful! The glazed sea bass skewers were to die for, and the corn, the taquitos, and also the creative stuff they did with sashimi was aweseom. We got this raw yellowtail thing with pepper and a lemongrass sauce..yummmm... ...Oh ya it is like south american food and japanese mixed......
