I came into the salon ready to get my disagreeably wavy hair chopped off but had no idea what I wanted done. Carol assured me that she'd been doing hair for 25 years and after a few preliminary questions, began attacking my head with a razor. 20 minutes later I had an adorable scruffy pixie cut. Carol seemed as pleased with her work as I was, making it one of the most satisfying salon experiences I've had.
