They are not the most honest people. They will rip you off and I didn't realize it at the time, they seemed so nice, but after dealing with their other store and seeing for myself yeah I see it now. Well, I learned my mistake and never again. (note: I didn't know there were 2 stores, they have different names but it's under same company/management).\r

I got a similar explanation as the previous reviewer, being mislead about the value of the jewelry I had and that the "value" dropped or something like that. Unlike the previous reviewer, I believed them. \r

This one is the higher-end "pawn" shop, the other is the lower-end one. \r

I hope my review can at least warn other trusting people that are thinking about selling or buying jewelry with this store or their other one located in Fairfax off Fairfax Blvd (called The Cash Store). Do not even bother doing business with EITHER store!!!!\r
