I am grateful that there are still real service companies in business like A & A Heating Oil Co. They are real people with real service. The laborers are respectful, courteous, and knowledgable in what they are doing. When a minor error was made in billing, A & A Heating Oil took pride in making sure the error was fixed and handled it with personal care. Because I realize that people can and will make mistakes, I did not become irate or impersonal, they guaranteed me a dicount for my next delivery. They are great in emergencies and the rates were very reasonable. Thanks A&A
