OK..Hate to braq but I have been told that I make the best Lasagne in Houston. I have on occasion eaten at the Lasagne house and YES their Lasagne tasted very much like my Lasagne. Delicious.\r
This past Xmas Eve it was my turn to host the after early Mass Xmas Eve Buffet. They all requested my Lasagne. I had every intention of making this request but got caught up in medical/dental procedures so hubby ordered 1/2 pan from the Lasagne House hoping no one would know the difference. No one said a word but I knew this batch tasted different than what I have eaten at the Lasagne House. It was too sweet and had a fish like taste. I was disappointed but still no one said anything. The next day (Christmas) we all gathered at my nephew's house and my daughter cornered me and said, ""Fess Up Mother, that was NOT YOUR LASAGNE!!! Where did you get it?"" Well, I got caught and did fess up as I knew this Xmas Eve Batch from Lasagne House was not my Lasagne. My daughter also told me it was too sweet and had a fish like taste. So, I am back to making my own Lasagne again as not to disappoint my fans. (-:\r

Lasagne house, if you see this...did you change the ingredients recently? Your salad was excellent that hubby also picked up also on Xmas Eve.
