My family and I have been to Sushi Time several times over the past couple of years, but have noticed some changes recently that are disappointing. One thing that hasn't changed is the ""name a price"" game by the owner. The pricing is never the same. When we go, we have learned to expect a $2-3 fluctuation in the pricing. We paid $15.95 for just one lunch - which seems high. The chef was nice and made some good rolls, but when we went to use the restroom, the switch plate was crusted with greasy dirt and the ficus tree leaves allowed me to inscribe a message it was so dusty. We also noticed supplies on chrome shelves stored in the dining area which seems unsanitary. It's not bad, but seems overpriced and could be cleaner which is so critical for a restaurant handling raw fish.
Pros: Variety of Long Rolls
Cons: Cleanliness and Varying Pricing
