The vets here are friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I first went there with my elderly, sick cat, and they treated him in his last days. Dr. Mann and Dr. Eisner were extremely compassionate and helpful during this difficult time. They even refused to charge me for the euthanasia and some of the cremation fees. I'm now going back to them with my new kittens. They emphasize holistic care, and they recommend things like high quality wet foods. Even though this can get pricey, they've never pressured me to try outlandish treatments or made me feel guilty for not having an unlimited budget. The only negative thing about the practice is that one of the receptionists (I don't know her name, but she's short with glasses and long, dark hair) has a tendency to be rude. She also gave me the wrong price quote for a procedure and didn't provide me with some key pre-surgery info. Luckily, it didn't end up being a huge problem, but I wish she was as competent -- and warm -- as all the other staff members. All in all, this is a first-rate practice that maintains a neighborhood feel.
Pros: Cases considered individually in detail, friendly atmosphere, holistic options, educational for owners
Cons: One annoying receptionist, small waiting room
