Used to use this kennel. The last time I went, the lady at the front desk argued with me over their vaccination requirement. She said my cat needed a Bordatella vaccine. I pointed out she was using the canine requirements. She got quite huffy and after a converstation with my vets office, he was "allowed" to stay. When I went to pick him up, his carrier was gone. They grabbed one out of their carrier storage and said "Just take this one". It was someone else's carrier and it was not the same kind. When I asked for his toys, they had to retrieve them from another cat's cage. It is sad to see such a decline in service.
