I went to Japan last summer and Hide Sushi reminds me of a typical sushi joint in Japan. It's small, basic, but has fantastic quality fish. It bl0ws my mind away at how fresh the fish is, yet for such an inexpensive price. Hide has a small, basic menu that lacks in creativity...but that's what I love about it! It's traditional and for REAL sushi lovers. Most people who claim to love sushi eat rolls packed with so many ingredients that it fails to showcase the most important ingrediant...the fish! So if you love the sushi more than the crispy rice, cream cheese, fried rolls, go to Hide...it's worth the wait (don't take reservations).
Pros: Quality of fish, price
Cons: No rezos
