I just wanted to alert Citysearch readers that this is a serious ""bait and switch"" offer. The company uses the $31 offer to get customers in the door and then aggressively attempts to up-sell them packages in the range of $2000. I mentioned that I was booking a ""Pretty in Pink"" appointment at the time of my call. When I arrived for my consultation, I was told that I could not pay $31 for just one service and that I would have to purchase a package in order to get the $31 price on the first service. They have every right to try and up-sell, but to tell me that they will not honor the $31 offer is unacceptable. Needless to say, I left the facility without any treatments and I will not be back.\r
