Louisiana Bistro is awesome! We had the ""Feed Me"" menu, which is where Chef Mars prepares whatever he feels like, you just choose how many courses. To say that it was excellent just doesn't do it justice. Some examples of the delicacies we enjoyed were crawfish beignets, chicken fried filet mignon, and cinnamon apple creme brulee. The atmosphere was intimate. The staff was gracious and friendly. It was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I hope others will take the opportunity to enjoy it.
