I am a VERY, VERY, VERY dissatisfied tenant and they could give two %&*#s since it would be a payday for them and cost me DEARLY to break my lease. Franceanna Campagna has told me in reference to a maintenace request ""too bad, you're house is not flooded, we'll get someone out on Tuesday"" (I had a MAJOR issue on a Saturday)\r

Just go somewhere else. Don't fall in love with the house and blindly follow them into hell. That's my advice.
Pros: hhhmmmm.... thinking.....none!
