This place is all just hype. I went here for brunch some time ago with a group of girlfriends. It was fun at first picking out ingredients and sauces, etc. But the food tasted really bland and boring. There's only so much you can do with the limited ingredients you're given and then the chef just throws it on a big hotplate and that's that. It's a fun idea for a restaurant, but the bottom line is - the food has to be good. It simply isn't here. On top of that, this place charges waaaayyy too much for the bland food and theatrical nonsense. I left Fire and Ice thinking, ""I could have made this at home and it would've tasted much better for a lot less money."" Take your $20 and go to a Japanese steakhouse instead. The food there has flavor and those guys know how to wield a knife :)
Pros: Good for groups.
Cons: You pay big bucks for bad food and a boring experience.
