i would not recommend this company, when a problem arises they will never call you back or email you. they defend their workers even when property is stolen and things get broken. if you pay ahead and they do not come out she will defend her workers and say they did, i always write down when they come out. they have broken my gate, ripped off the lattice i had on top of the gate so that my dog does not jump the gate and the guys just looked at me and laughed, the one guy just shrugged his shoulders. last year i had a radar dectector stolen from my car and i new it was them cause they left grass clippings and greasy fingerprints on my windshield but she defended them. I always thought companies were out to please their customers but this seems like one company that does not care. they don't show up when they are supposed to and they don't call when they cannot show. very rude customer service.
Cons: poor customer service, will not call back when problems arise, workers have no respect for other peoples property, the serive is price is cheap but not worth the hassle
