John is the best trainer ever! I was skeptical at first and feared getting the ""drill sargent"" type of trainer that makes you go home crying every night and dreading going back. But even after my first session, John helped me access my goals and after the 1st workout I felt great! John takes fitness very seriously, but doesn't pressure you or make you feel anxious, and makes working out something you might actually start to enjoy! He is really flexible with scheduling, a great motivator, understands a woman's body and how to tone without looking too muscular and bulky, is super funny and makes the workout just fly by with the endless variations and combinations of fitness techniques. I would reccommend him to anyone, man, woman or couch potato, who really wants to get in shape and have a great time doing it! Don't be afraid!
