As an owner of an Italian restaurant, and an Italian I'm not going to be able to recmmend this place. This surely is with respect to the man, a friend , who owns the place but due to very poor managment and the lack of ""good"" food the restaurant is not much to talk about. I think that if it wasn't for his location and the decor then he would not be doing any business. Now if you want the closest thing to an Italian food there's only one place in Houston and that's Da Marco. It's almost the same price but the food is like a night and day. I don't work for Da Marco and I've got nothing against Arcodoro but the service and the food. It's beyond me how some folks can open a restaurant and call it Italian, "" Sardenian or not"". If you want to go there and hang out a little and have a pizza with a beer or glass of wine then it's ok but that's all I can say about Arcodoro and most the so called, "" Italian Restaurant"" in Houston.
Pros: location and decor
Cons: food and service
