I bought my dress at David's bridal and got a pretty decent deal on it. However, their alterations department and anything you need after purchase is awful. The alterations person would not schedule me, was extremely rude. Not only that, they said that taking up the hem would start at $200, which is stupid. So I found a lady to do that work and that only costed me $37. When I called for thier ""complementry pressing"" they told me that it would take at least 4 weeks AND that they would not do it if I got my alterations somewhere else. TIP: they try to get you to buy dresses in a wrong size so they can stick you at the alterations, do not fall for it. I was able to fit perfectly into my usual size. My advice, find somewhere else for a dress, they are not friendly. Not a happy bridal experience.
