Chisholm is an excellent personal trainer. He's incredibly knowledgeable, but also very approachable. The space he works out of is also conducive to his attitude and style. It isn't superficial--it is filled with average normal people that want to get in shape. I've been seeing Chisholm for about 6 months, and I have seen such a difference in my muscle tone and confidence level in weight training. Chisholm is a great motivator; even when you think you're going to die, he gets another set out of you. I highly recommend him as a trainer. His rate is also extremely competitive.
