TEN was a great experience. Our hostess was quite nice, and our waitress was wonderful. A lot of sushi places tend to overseason their sashimi & rolls, but I found that there was a delicate balance to its plates. The carpaccio used the olive oil & balsalmic/soy accented the halibut & salmon to make it a smooth, even texture. The sauces were not overpowering at all-even in the volcano roll. In addition, the sushi rice was marinated, which makes a huge difference in rolls. Not everyone is aware that rolls are only as good as the rice. I have been to the club several times, but this was my first experience with the restaurant. What a pleasant surprise that the restuarant lives up to its decor & hype! Good times. Additional Bonus: People watching is interesting & fun!
