My experience here could not have been worse. I would recommend that anyone considering taking their beloved pet to this "laboratory" seriously reconsider. \r

As the owner of 3 dogs and 7 cats, I have been to many veterinarians over the years, and have come to the conclusion that although veterinary medicine is in dire need of some sort of regulation (ie: reasonable & customary charges), neither I nor any pet have never been as mistreated by an organization as we were at the venerable Angell Memorial.My cat could not breathe & my vet suggested we take him to A.M. After a seriously long wait, he was seen by an intern who had no idea what was going on. After another wait, a new doctor arrived & determined what the problem was. He tapped the fluid out of his lungs & sent us home. I don't recall the total of this bill or the 5 or 6 subsequent office visit bills to tap the new fluid out of his lungs, but the outcome was that he needed surgury immediately if we wanted him to live.
