Insensitive customer service 8/7/2007

I desired a appointment with the owner of this salon; ""David"" by recommendation for hair color. I was apparently black-listed and given the run around and told ""he is no longer taking new clients"" by the receptionist which, I know several people recently who had seen him as a new client. I was then told ""nobody in our salon is taking new clients"" except ""paula"" who works very limited hours. Apparently, I was black listed because they had me down as a ""no show"" from last April which I left a message. The answering machine is usually on and I left a message because my husband had emergency surgery due to a ruptured Achilles tendon. What I don't like is that David never called me back, returned my messages and had his receptionist relay the message telling me we're not taking new clients. I found this type of behavior generally insensitive and not very good customer relations - in my book, what goes around, comes around. I actually wonder how he would do my hair because I found his behavior deceptive and not receptive. My intuition tells me this guy simply didn't want to take me on as a new client based on what he established as ""a no show"" and didn't have the guts to get on the phone, himself to check this out. I would not recommend DB Sutton at all! Cons: Awful customer service and insensitivity more
