I took off work today to be home for a tile estimate from Braselton Tile that my husband made last week. After they did not come for the scheduled appointment of 10-12 I called them. The man found the tile person that was to be coming to my home and said he was running behind and may come at 2 or 2:30. When I said that it was one thing to miss an appointment when people take time out in their day but another to not call to say you are running behind and try to work things out he said I could forget an appointment with them all together. I am just glad I found out how their customer service is from the start and not after spending thousands of dollars.
