Dr Eisner and I have been out of town the past two weeks and were advised of this review by a client when we arrived home last night.\r
Although we feel bad about the loss of your cat, we are unsure about what really happened. We had a wonderful relief vet covering for us, and neither he nor any of our staff can recollect any incident such as the one you described.\r
