I went to Janet's for my wedding updo, and she is my hero! Every hair stylist I've gone to has commented about about my hair's unusual texture--thick, heavy, long, resilient, and glossy/slippery. Nice hair, but very difficult for an updo. In the past, I've gone to many reputable high-end salons in NYC whenever I needed an updo for a special event. The outcome was always a tightly pulled back bun with many many pins to try and hold the look in place. Ouch, and not particularly interesting. Janet was creative (and patient) in the design of the updo (better than anything I've seen in magazines) and how she used the pins. I was so impressed with her skills and the genuine care she took to helping me look my best on my wedding day. Thank you, Janet! I left (not looking like a made-up doll which is what usually happens) but rather me plus plus. I didn't know I could look so good. It was really a transformation. At the wedding, I received almost more comments about my hair than my wedding dress! I'll definitely be coming back!\r
