I just wanted to thank you very much for your kindness and patience with me when setting up an appt. to have my father's carpets cleaned. I got a wonderful report from both my sister and my Dad in Austin this morning after your guys completed the work. I understand that everything went really smooth and your guys were very nice, VERY VERY fast, and did an excellent job.
