This was my second time eating at BLT Prime. Everything about this restaurant seems to work great- they know what they are doing. The service is not pushy but always around to attend to you. The steaks are out of this world-cooked to perfection and served in a HOT cast iron dish-love the old school style. The menu also has a great selection of sauces to accompany your meat and/or fish dish. A really extensive wine list with great price ranges and wines from all around the world made it easy to have a nice glass of red with my steak. If you are looking for a great place to spend some money on a great dinner, BLT Prime should always be an option.
