I lived in an Edel property for two years and had a major rodent issue. I called to complain and Edel responded with their world famous ""hang-up"" way of handling tenants. They claimed they entered my apartment to deal with the problem but the problem continued. I doubt their honesty and integrity. They also tried to keep my damage deposit, said they ""accidently"" forgot about it. I complained and complained and complained but Edel is expert at dodging tentants.
Pros: Lots of furry creatures to keep you company
Cons: Sketchy, shady business practices
