Fliks Video To is the BEST. I can order my movies and can get them within the hour unlike Netflix it takes them 2-3 business days. Who wants to wait that long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fliks Video has a very large inventory in movies. The new releases are guaranteed to be in stock. Whenever I call them its like the new releases are waiting for me. The website is down but, I heard they were making a new one. They are trying to make it more user friendly. I have also heard the website is going to be up by Wed Aug 15, 2007 or Thurs Aug 16, 2007. The customer service is Excellent. The employees Do Not talk rudely on the phones anymore. I heard they were recently Under New Management. The checkout line are short and organized. I enjoy this Video Store and I feel sorry for those people who were not satisfied. I wish they can go again to get the best service in town since they are Under New Management. Trust me, you will be Satisfied. Also, looks can be deceiving. If you walk by Fliks Video To Go it seems like a very small store but, if you walkin it gets bigger!!!!!!!!! Well, the overall rating I would give Fliks Video To Go is a 5 out of 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
