I've never written a review of a restaurant before, but after the experience I had at Starlite this past weekend, I feel compelled. Ambience, service, menu all started off well. After placing our order, our salads were brought to the table with a HAIR on my friend's dinner roll plate. We told the waiter and tried to laugh this off and continue to enjoy our meal only to find TWO HAIRS at the bottom of my Caprese Salad - after I had already eaten most of it. YUK! Our waiter was very apologetic and told us that he would send the manager to our table. We waited at least 10 minutes and no one came. We left. About 10 minutes after we left, the manager called my friend's cell phone (used to make the reservation) to try and apologize. His excuse was that he was in the kitchen trying to get our entrees out. Did he really think we were going to be able to eat them?? It goes without saying, we were hugely dissapointed and grossed out.
