I've been to 713 for almost 2 years and since the beginning to now...everything is excellent! When I'm there to eat I request if I can have Duc for my waiter. He is the sweetest person and the cutest! If Duc is not around when I'm there, I will request for Jewels. She's really nice and jolly. I have had no problem with any waiter or waitress nor the food. The atmosphere, service, food is an 5 star! Plus, for that person below me that said, "Duc" decided to give himself an extra tip on your credit card...I do not believe he would try to do such thing. Are you sure he did not accidently type in the wrong number by mistake? I'm a regular there and ALWAYS pay with my credit card. ;)
