I agree with one of the previous reviewers. The previous admin. staff was very rude, BUT the new admin. staff is great. A lot more personality. Dr. Bhaktri is very nice and is very attentive to our two dogs. I think this Animal Hospital is better than the one we used to patronize in Diamond Heights. Keep up the good work!!!
