don't bother. find someone that will listen. the doctor is great, but his staff is not. And they are the only gateway to him. I do really like the doctor, but trust me if you have to deal with his staff it's going to cause more health problems than it's worth. Imagine the DMV in the 90s, or better yet, fry's electronics
