I love STTP, always felt comfortable the few times I have been there except for the last trip a few Fridays ago. I came into get my Tygon trimmed and to possibly order jewelry. The counter girl/apprentice? (said her shirt) was so incredibly rude however, did not acknowledge me, was sarcastic, and seemed like she had better things to do than help customers. I will of course be back but will never be pierced by her and was disappointed that STTP would hire someone with such attitude.
Pros: The current piercers are amazing, professional, and very attentive.
Cons: More approachable employees without the attitude.
