Been going here for a while and always loved it. The servers were always very courteous, and the crowd was always cool and very approachable. I think we can all agree Pilsen is changing, some say for the better, but I could argue that. With the higher property taxes and condos, Pilsen is attracting some trendsetters who I would rather avoid. \r
I agree with the review before mine; now when walking in this bar, it feels like if you're not part of the artist community, you're not welcome. Unfortunately, this nice little hidden away bar has turned into another North Side knockoff. Not the best of times anymore.
Pros: Certain nites you can still feel that neighborhood atmosphere
Cons: Most nites you're surrounded by art snobs, scene kids.
