1. When ordering seafood, make sure you get all that you ordered. We ordered and was charged for a 2lb crab and 2lb of geoduck. The crab was missing the meatiest part - the joints under the belly! We only got the legs. The geoduck plate only had 1/4 lbs of meat on it.\r
2. RUDE waiters. Had to argue with a waiter in order to get 2 more finger bowls...he only brought 1 for a table of 6. He claims we should share 1 bowl because ""we don't have enough room"" on the table for more finger bowls. When asking another waiter for the manager's name, he didn't remember it. When she appeared later in the evening, we were able to complain and the service miraculously improved.\r
3. The menu choices are limited. I think if you spoke and read Chinese, you can get better menu choices.\r
4. Get your own plates. If they don't service your table and you need extra plates, napkins, chopsticks, go ahead and get them - I did.\r

In general, I don't expect quality service from any Chinese restaurant, but this time, the service was worse than average.
