I'm somewhat turned off to Forever tattoo, especially when compared to other tattoo shops in Sacramento (Modern Body, for example, is a shop I highly recommend in every way).
Pros: Decent art work. Clean shop. Accessible parking for cars and bikes.
Cons: Unnecessarily rude attitude from staff. High prices. Disorganized with regard to making, keeping appointments.
