Ding How has been on Broadway for a long time, and since it never seems crowded, I wonder how they stay in business. The employees are friendly, and happily bring the food fast. I would probably grade this restaurant a C in cleanliness, so if you are hung up on a dirty knife ask for chopsticks. The menu is not long, but contains the usual cheap Chinese standards. I like this place for an occaisional QUICK lunch. You will pay about $5, and receive an eggroll, a soup, and your selection with rice. The dishes seem to run on the sweet side, so opt for something they cannot smother in syrup. You will start eating immediately after ordering, and be back to work just as your hour break is ending.
Pros: quick, cheap
Cons: don't do a white glove test here
