I took my family to Sakura after my son had completed testing for a higher belt level in Karate and we asked to be seated in a room instead of at a traditional table. I was told very rudely that only parties of 6 or more could use a room (no one was using any of the rooms, nor did any have people arrive in the time we were there). After we were seated, the service became worse, the waitress never smiled and for 20 minutes after our food arrived, she never came to the table. We ran out of water to drink, we needed forks for the children to use and had to flag someone else down to get those. I really feel that for any restaurant, customer service is the most important thing. I go to a restaurant to be served and waited on, not to be treated like an unwanted guest. I will not recommend this restaurant to a friend, nor will I go back to this place! Pros: Good serving sizes on food Cons: Poor Customer service, uncomfortable chairs. more
